WTC #6
TSP DIY with Utrecht Speed Squad
Kevin and Wiebke sit down with part of their TSP DIY team to look back on a very long, very fun, and very tiring running challenge.
Together with runners from Utrecht Running Project, Girls Running Squad, and the local CrossFit community, the team took part in The Speed Project DIY: a worldwide relay-style challenge where teams had 31 hours and 15 minutes to cover as much distance as possible.
They talk about how the team came together, what it was like to run through the day, night, rain, pizza breaks, tired legs, and very little sleep — and how the group still managed to keep the energy high until the end.
A fun recap of a shared running adventure, the power of community, and why sometimes it is best to sign up first and figure it out later.
