130km Hike with Kenneth Plat
In Episode 2 of What The Crew!, Kevin and Wiebke are joined by their friend Kenneth Platt: university teacher, CrossFit coach, runner, and someone who clearly enjoys a serious challenge.
Kenneth recently attempted a 130 km hike along the Dutch coast, walking from Den Helder toward Hoek van Holland to raise money for charity. In this episode, he shares what the challenge was like, how the body and mind respond after many hours of walking, and why knowing when to stop can sometimes be the smartest decision.
